How to Make Red Rice Noodle Soup:

Ingredients:

• 200g DelishWithLove’s Red Rice Noodles.
• 4 cups vegetable or chicken broth.
• 1 cup mushrooms, sliced.
• 1 cup bok choy or spinach.
• 1 carrot, sliced.
• 2 green onions, chopped.
• 1 tbsp soy sauce.
• 1 tsp ginger, grated.
• Salt and pepper to taste.
  

Instructions:

1. Cook the red rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large pot, bring the broth to boil. Add mushrooms, carrot, ginger, and soy sauce. Simmer for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
3. Stir in the bok choy or spinach and cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Add the cooked red rice noodles to the soup, stirring to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
