How to Make Little Millet Upma Recipe

Instructions:

1.Soak the DelishWithLove’s Little millets for about one hour in warm water.
2. In a kadai, add oil, mustard seeds, and jeera, and let them splutter.
3.Add green chilles, ginger and curry leaves. Sauté for a few seconds until fragrant.
4.Next, add finely chopped mixed veggies of your choice, and salt. Saute for 2-3 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
5.Then add 1 cup of water and bring it to a boil
6.Drain the soaked millet and add it to the boiling water. Mix well. Adjust the salt at this stage.
7.Then cover with a lid and cook for about 8-10 minutes on low flame.
8.Once the millet is fully cooked it appears grainy, then turn off the stove and stir in the grated coconut, coriander leaves, and squeeze lime.
9.Lastly, mix well and serve it with hot coconut chutney.
